The Views

Enjoy the sunrise every morning from our two tier deck with coffee in hand while taking in the sounds, smell, and the breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Unwind throughout the day and watch the sunset over the bay while barbecuing with cocktail in hand. Truly a place to escape from it all!

The Beach

We are located just steps away from some of the most secluded beaches.  The beaches on Hatteras Island rank among the top beaches in the U.S. for conditions, sand softness, cleanliness, views, and access. The town is a popular destination for surfing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and just enjoying the shoreline.

The Space

Genesis on the Water offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main level of this house has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, a powder room, a wet bar, and a great open living area with wall to wall window views of the ocean.

The lower level consists of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The Master Bedroom consists of a King bed.  The adjoining bedroom has a queen bed.  Both of these room have their own individual sliding glass doors to the deck.  A third bedroom consists of a queen size bed while a 4th bedroom has two bunk beds consisting of four twin beds.  Washer and Dryer is also available for your convenience.
